My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, being right near the main bus terminal and shopping center, making it ideal for catching an early morning bus. However, the staff lacked enthusiasm and warmth in their service interactions. The dining experience could have been more enjoyable with a bit more variety and friendlier service from the restaurant staff.
